May’s Monthly Meeting: We all met at the home of our President Ralph Miller for this outing. A grand total of (12) members were able to make it to this meeting / ride. Those members were Ralph and Pat Miller, Michael and Deb Bellinger, Bob and Deb Waite, Ed and Jennifer McGrew, Bryan Roderick, Faron Cronk, Shawn Gallagher and John Munson. After waiting till 11:00 am for others to show, we all got onto our machines and went for a very nice and scenic ride. The trails were in great shape and not one road did we have to go on. Nothing but good trail riding. We rode for about a couple of hours and then headed back to the President’s place for our cookout and meeting. Mike Bellinger and Shawn Gallagher did a fine job of cooking the dogs and burgers. Not to mention some of Ed McGrew’s seasoned venison. Deb Waite made this delicious Spinach and Strawberry salad that everyone raved about. In fact, we are going to have a new section to our Newsletter called “Granny’s Kitchen” and we will be featuring Deb’s recipe in that section. We came up with Granny’s Kitchen due to the fact that most of our women members are Grandma’s and we are going to try and feature a new recipe each month. After we had all gotten our fill of some fine food, we started our meeting. President Miller called the meeting to order at 2:00pm on Saturday the 15th of May. Faron read the minutes from the April meeting. You had to pay close attention, as he breezed through them with lightening speed. The motion to accept the minutes as read, with no amendments, was made by John Munson and seconded by Ed McGrew. All those present were in favor.
